While on our way to Baguio, my uncle led us to a very famous pasalubong shop, Marsha's Delicacies! Their specialty was the bibingka so we gave it a try!

Cassava Cake |
The cassava cake was just okay! It was similar to the cassava cakes that we had here in Manila. Nothing special in this one.

Bibingka |
Contrary to the bibingka that we have here in Manila, their bibingka was really small! It also did not look close to the bibingka that we have here! I was really shocked when I saw this and asked a lot of times if this was really bibingka.

Bibingka Yum! |
BUT, it was GOOD! It had the texture of a kuchinta. It was really soft, sticky, sweet and chewy. It was so yummy that I ate 4-5 pieces of this bibingka. Still, it's kinda weird for them to call this one bibingka because it was nowhere near to the bibingka that we have here in the city.

Marsha's delicacies |
There is a BIG difference! Especially with their bibingka that didn't look and taste like a bibingka! But, I definitely recommend ordering and trying the bibingka for yourself.
Eat them!
